Life happens!  We are never sure of the paths life will take us, that is both the beauty and complications of living our lives to the fullest.  Let me tell you a little bit about Miss A – she is a fearless and beautiful soul who lets nothing get in the way of her dreams.

In the middle of her life, she goes back to school and works part time while supporting her family in various businesses to make her dream a reality – that is fearless!  Of course she hit bumps in the road, took a life turn she didn’t expect but she kept going!

She was referred to me from a friend who had already done a session with me and wanted her to experience the day of pampering herself.  When I say honored, I truly am honored when a women steps into my studio and trusts me to capture their beauty while revealing their story to me.

After my hair and make-up artist completed the look she wanted, we created images that spoke to her and of course embracing who she is and various sides to her personality.

She shared with me, “The hair, make up and styling.  It was such an indulgence for me and so fun to see what I looked like afterwards.  It was a total escape and I kind of felt like I was a like the gorgeous women I see in magazines.”

I truly believe every woman is beautiful.  Beauty is not only on the outside, but what radiates from the inside.  Miss A is truly that – a beautiful, kind, caring and thoughtful person – someone who lights up a room yet her sweetness attracts you to her right away.

Often times we try to hide from our beauty, we are told that we can’t be feminine and fierce at the same time.  Miss A is here to prove all that wrong! Her fierce love for her kids, her work and her friends is what drives her to succeed and be the woman she was created to be.

While life is busy happening Miss A was busy making herself amazing all over again!  She may not know it, but she has shown me the strength that comes from within and the power a woman has to create a life she loves – regardless of our circumstances.  Thank you for being an example to me, your friends and your children.

It is my mission to provide not only beautiful images for women, but an experience that they will love and allow them space to feel how beautiful they are!  You wouldn’t guess it, but Amber was a little nervous before we started and then she told me this… and I blush!

Miss A said, “She gets it and understands it can be nerve-wrecking to be in front of the camera.  I had so much fun doing the styling.  I would say the hair, make-up and styling the outside only compliments what is happening on your inside.  The photo shoot just brings it all together.  I think that is why Shayna’s shots are amazing.”
